about

This is all info I got yesterday from calling places, but I didn't go that route, and it's from around the bend. He was unclear about whether we keep playing this “Bell Song”. As we spoke, and I suggested the idea of splitting a hoagie, it started raining. Barry seemed to think that would be possible. More likely they'll find someone in just the right spot. They all know each other. They work together, especially at a place like Troost. Almost everyone was nice and seemed very well placed. This seems like a great start, especially compared to everyone else.

about

75 Dollar Bill New York, New York

75 Dollar Bill was formed in 2012 in NYC by Rick Brown and Che Chen. Played on a deeply resonant plywood crate, Brown’s elemental rhythms are the foundation and foil for Chen’s ecstatic, modal guitar style. While Brown and Chen are always at the band’s core, they frequently draw on an extended family of players live and on record, from trios to “little big band” to 25-piece marching band. ... more
